If you accept the estimate and agree to use our services, you will receive:

• The fully developed functionality you requested
• A User Guide outlining what is required to use your new product
• A Technical Guide detailing how the product works. Additionally, this will cover the most common scenarios where ‘user error’ may occur and what to look for
• 90 day support beyond the date of delivery of services rendered
• 1 year back-up in case your product is accidentally changed or deleted
