Pricing Estimates

Our free pricing estimates are based on initial email and phone conversations only. In some instances, the initial request can evolve to be a much more complex than what was initially envisioned. If the initial request begins to get more complex than originally intended, we will notify you of the new level of service required. If any additional costs are necessary, we will notify you before moving forward to make sure everyone is in agreement. Additionally, if on-site assistance is required in order to establish an estimate, any related costs will be realized and paid for by the inquiring company or person.

Support

We fully support the product we deliver to our customers. However in most instances it is possible to modify or enhance your product beyond what was originally provided. If the modifications or enhancements result in the product malfunctioning, additional charges may be required for remediation.

Data Integrity and Presentation

One aspect of the initial estimation we try to gauge is how your data is being used. The intent is to give you 100% confidence that the actions being performed by your product are in your best interest and in no way will alter, harm or lose data that is essential to your needs. However in the case an unforeseen instance occurs where data is altered, damaged or lost, or any other loss incurs, we do not accept responsibility. Each customer is responsible for their own data and any outcome related to the product we deliver.

Affiliations

While we are willing to work with many software applications to help you attain your desired result, we are in no way affiliated with any software company.

Distribution

The product delivered to you may be used by yourself or by your company. Under no circumstances should the product or services rendered be distributed or sold to outside parties. Each service is custom tailored to meet your needs, but not necessarily the needs of others.

Completion of Work

Since each project may evolve over time, an exact deadline is not a guarantee. We will attempt to establish an acceptable time frame based on the complexity of the services rendered, however there are instances where the level of work may take more or less time. If needed, we offer status checks to ensure you are satisfied with the progress of your project.
